Joe De Luca, the shoulder is getting closer, but I've had a setback with patellar tendonitis (jumper's knee). I have to eliminate jumping until the tendons are strengthened.Β

It depends on your budget and forming habits. Every habit needs a system. For instance, would it be easier to have a system that involves you working out at home or driving to a gym? I prefer working out at home, and my system involves getting up at the same time and doing the routine. Going to the gym takes too much time away from me but that may not that be the case for you. πŸ˜€

Jumping rope lowered my blood pressure almost 20 points. I’m no longer pre hypertension. It’s safe to say jumping is a very healthy option, as HIIT really strengthens your heart. πŸ€™πŸ»
