Okay day 3 done.

Power outages and no WiFi scuppered yesterday. Managed it today but i only have my 1/2 pound and 1/4 pound with me. Did the whole workout with the 1/2, shattered....Great view again.

The old 1/2 pound has seen better days. It's not the years it's mileage so they tell me.

JRD90 still the GOAT. Great to do it along with Dan and to see how gassed he got! Makes you feel a whole lot better. And ohh yeah burpees still the ๐Ÿ of body weight exercises

Well I can't argue with that! Hey what about a new program that includes all the worst bodyweight exercises you can think of!? I'd be in for it.

Speaking of programs do we have a pull up and push program? Or just the push up one?

If I come across more I will dude, be tough to top this book though.
