Day 4 week 3.

So dare I say, I actually felt pretty good doing this today. We might actually be improving. Let's see how we go tomorrow.

Day 3 week 3 in the bag.

Poor sleep, early morning meeting. Tough scenes. 2lb really caught up with me today. Overall, stamina is improving. Looking forward to month 2.

Would love to see a dumbell 2.0 or even weightlifting one. And also a pull workout.

Day 2 week 3.

Okay getting into the groove a little now. Calf aches fading, gotta say creatine works a treat for muscle aches, upped my dose really helped.

Jeezzz tough going today, felt winded from the start plus my calfs were shredded from Saturday. But I did it. Week 3 day 2 in the bag.

Ended up a sweaty mess after this, but improved from last, so on we go.

So life got in the way yesterday. Film shoot in the house and a closed set. Slamming the 1lb in the upstairs bedroom was a no no.

All good did day 4 week 2 today and will do day 5 tomorrow Saturday.

I would live to see a jump rope and pull up program, my pull up game is average at best.

Week 2 day 3.

2lb, what on earth the arm/shoulder burn is legit!

Roll on tomorrow!

Don't remember if I posted yesterday, don't think I did.

Feeling much better this week, today was solid, sore forearms and shoulders in thr last set but all good.

Well...Day 5 done. I kinda lost a couple of days, but back now. Gunna kick off again on Monday. Was it just me or did anybody else struggle more with the 1/4 pound more than the 1 pound????

Alright day 4 in the bag.

I had to skip a day (no pun intended) as i was travelling, back home with a bang! Tough jump today.

Best tracker IMO the fenix7 garmin, it's the GOAT, nothing you can't do on it. Including jump rope and tracking skips and everything is in one place. Check it out if you haven't already.
