Well that's it! Gotta be honest the last 3mins nearly finished me off, after doing 9 plus days in a row trying to catch up.
But sometimes you just gotta do the thing (some dude told me one).
'Back to were it all started' not quite seeking spiritual guidance but more ready for whatever is next.

No selfie today just a pic if a book I am reading 'outlive'. Not sure if any of you dudes have read this already but if you haven't then I highly recommend.
If you are interested in living a long, active and productive life well into you latter years (like who isn't!) then this is the book. My mind is blown.

So yeah that is me in an ice bath. I have grown to love these things, I dunno why cause getting in is like sticking your wet finger in an electric socket. I don't do it often, the ice baths that is not the socket - but when I do I feel awesome.
