You can put some knots in yout rope to shorten it and see how it goes ( like I do as I am between a large and medium rope )

With a bruised rib jumping lunges are a bit painful..swappes those with extra airsquads..managed to do at least 15 strict pushups the whole exercise..

So if you start monday jan 6th when kids are back to school you have time to finish the challenge in time ?

Let me respond in English as I can read and speak French but not write in it :). My thoughts about the twin programs : JRD90 is more the beginner course with a nice build up and every week different exercises. JRD Max is more repetitive ( a whole month the same weekly schedule ). Liked JRD90 more because of the variations..

Got it done with 10 kg dumbbells today at the gym. I still feel my arms burning :)
