New shoes !
After a year or so jumping and running my shoes wore out. So went to the outlet mall and got me two new pairs :
Nike Air Max Alpha Trainer 5 workout shoes for jumping
New Balance 1080 for my almost daily 5k running

Started jump roping again seriously after deciding to pick up a more healthier lifestyle ( no snacking anymore and only three meals a day ). Started with a nice busy holiday and then this week completed the new PC workout. Lost already 4 kg ( went from 112 to 108 ) in three weeks time...
Looking forward to the new nutrition plan to see if that helps even more ( hint )..

Instead of doing JRD Max M1W1D5 I jumped to the Crossrope App to do a Gronk Fitness Dumbell excercise....as my AMP handles arrived yesterday and I had to test them :) Jumping with the 1lb while doing Dumbell (20kg) excersises is killing...

Finished JRD90 last Friday and started JRD Max today (M1W1D1 done). Nice that you don't miss the guidance and motivation speeches (as in the older workouts)..

Hi, I am finally committed to finish the JRD90 program. After several attempts I am now in week 9. I also submitted to a food programm and lost weight 10 kg / 22 pounds already. So what program to follow next to loose some more weight ? Any advise welcome...

Thanks, Jasper

Hi, it is such a cold and rainy day that I skipped jumprope outside and went for a full hour crossfit at the gym... :)

Due to the two weeks daily excersises the crossfit was manageable...

After a long ankle injury which took 6 months recovery (only taking long 10k walks a day) I finally restarted my JRD90 program. Never finished the JRD90 in the past but now I want to finish it completely next 3 months...

I managed to do the full JRD90W1D2 so a good start....
