Hey Lindsay - I can't emphasize enough... ROLL OUT! Use a roller, Lax ball, tennis ball, medicine ball, frozen bottle of water. Get those knots out manually and you'll feel better. I've been going through years of knee pain and learning about my body and MFR I've been able to reduce it sooo much (finally).

If you get consistent with food + exercise, YOU WILL GET RESULTS.I feel SN is more repetitive (And I enjoy that) so it's the clear choice for me. I like the simplicity of it.
