Absolute no brainer for health and deficits. I see chickpeas in there. Make sure you’re getting enough carbs!

Im big into the aminos. As a dude that doesn’t want to eat 220g of protein per day, they get me what I need. After I began taking them, my wife notes that I’m “more muscly.” Lol lol

Short form: eating the correct number of calories > meal timing.Long form:There is A LOT A LOT of information out there about IF. We're not scientists and we haven't read ALLLLL of the studies but there is one thing we do know... One easy way to limit calories is by having a smaller eating window. So, if you've decided to not eat till noon and to have a hard stop on eating by 8pm, so long as you are eating sizeable meals full of nutrient dense foods, it's common that it will drive your calorie intake down which results in a deficit and weight loss. Many have found that once you get used to not eating in the morning (just drinking fluids and ignoring hunger) it becomes pretty easy to deal with and you can nosh on large, amazing lunches/dinners.note: I've found that if my meals are too small, I'll be hungry all the time (which is why I love IF = BIG MEALS).

You can’t go wrong but I’ll leave you with this. SOMETHING is GREATER than nothing. If you are just getting started, listen to your body. Showing up 3x per week with the jump rope is volumes more than not showing up at all. Make small goals that you KNOW you can do. Scale as needed and check in with us for support,
