I like a workout right before I breakfast. Unfortunately, that doesn’t fit into my schedule so I’ve been getting them before dinner. I stay up too late to wake at 5am and get a workout in before I get the kids/fam up for school, pack lunches and all of that…. Or maybe me prioritizing sleep is just a cop out?? Hmmmm

I mean. I don’t do recipes… (my wife buys groceries according to this cool recipe app she has - then I cook and say “what ingredients does this call for? Lol lol). But what I’m following is the JRD NUTRITION SYSTEM. I make bowls, use sauces and get a little creative. I maintain tho. Having prepped meat and sliced vegetables is a huge time saver for me (and it leaves the doors open for variety - you’ll notice this pulled chicken

Let’s goooooo!
Getting cold here in Denver too. I’ve skipped with cross ropes in all climates, high and dry (Vegas and Colorado) and wet and cold (Seattle). The newer versions don’t really get stiff at all. They continue to perform and have very little memory. I wouldn’t store them outside, but you sure can skip with em… just watch your toes!!

I love early morning exercise but I’ve been in a bit of a funk. Been spending some time listening to Brandon’s YouTube channel and becoming very aware that my choices are my own hurdle. Stay positive, make time and keeeeep going!
