And I’m backing off caffeine too. Not really sure why, but all things in moderation and I’m not moderate with coffee. I went without this weekend, but I’m having a quartadito today :)

2 eggs, potatoe hash (with chicken Apple sausage and chicken), broccoli, peppers and onions.

I’ve been intentionally eating more lately as I’ve been putting more work in. Feeling good. How you!?!

I’ve never been a big fan of supplements… but after doing tons of research with Brandon and Dan on aminos and their role, I love these.

I let myself run out last week :(

My man. If you’ve been in a deficit for a long time maybe you should eat at maintenance and focus on sleep and slaying your workouts. When you get back to a deficit, your body will respond again.

Air fryer fries and broccoli + shredded slow cooker chicken. Nom nom nom all week long :)

For me, having prepped protein makes it so easy for me to “stay in line” without having an actual new plan.
