4th day of JRD Max, DONE! Definitely needed this one after a distracting kind of day. Loved the reminders to focus on the movement and not the time. Thanks Dan!

Thanks Kari! Just finished Day 3's workout and feeling more control in my movements little by little.

Dang, this was a good, intense workout. I did better than yesterday for sure on the jump roping. Continued my modifications with knee push-ups, basic jumping, and alternating the squat hold with lateral squat steps (and I still felt the good burn!). Day 3 done! 👍

WOW! I made it through my first workout on JRD MAX! My modifications were knee push-ups and hangs on the pull-up bar for 5-7 seconds. It's been a long time since I used to do pull-ups with bands. But so glad to be here and ready to keep showing up. Thanks Jumprope Dudes!
