WOW! I made it through my first workout on JRD MAX! My modifications were knee push-ups and hangs on the pull-up bar for 5-7 seconds. It's been a long time since I used to do pull-ups with bands. But so glad to be here and ready to keep showing up. Thanks Jumprope Dudes!
