Hey Mika! Welcome and congrats on your baby :) I agree that starting with JRD Max is a good move because it's super adaptable to your fitness level and it's fun! Listen to your body and rest when you need, lmk how it goes!

Hey Kranthi! I swap out plenty of different exercises for the push ups, a plank hold is a great one because its a full body exercise that's not super demanding on your body. You could also try elevated pushups off of a bench or even against the wall. I hope this helps, keep doing the thing!

Welcome Jocelyn! I skip about 4-5 days per week, depending on the week - but, for sure rest your calves and feet!

Hi Sabrina! I agree, jumping rope is a short and effective workout and that's why I love it, too. Practice is the key, for sure - but if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask them here in the community. There's so much knowledge and helpful advice to gain from everyone.
