You are in it for the long run don’t sweat a minor setback 🙏🏻 life is full of ups and downs and I’m sure you’ll bounce right back 💪🏻

Recovery is key, so get as much low impact movement is as your foot allows 🙏🏻

You might need to use your arms to get the rope moving, but only the wrists to keep the momentum going..

Doing side-to-side-swings to get it going could be one way to starting off? 🤷🏻‍♂️

OK but heavy suqats in the gym could also affect it 🙂 but you know best if you do any activity that could affect it 🤷🏻‍♂️

As Joe said, maybe try to dial down your training load and see if that changes anything.

Are you doing anything outside jumping rope that could cause this issue?
