I use a Garmin watch (Fenix 6) and their ‘Garmin Connect’ app. It’s OK but feel the HR readings are a little off, based upon my own perceived rate of exertion.. so actually looking into switching to something else 🤷🏻‍♂️

mj depends on what you like 🙂 🍎 Fruits readily available, and visible🍫 Protein bar(s)🥕 Veggies pre-cut in the fridgeLow calorie dense foods:- Hard boiled egg- Air popped popcorn- Celery with Peanut Butter- Carrot and Celery Sticks

Maybe some of these will fit with what you like and could enjoy snacking on 🙏🏻

Hey Shelly, been jumping for a few years and pre-injury I managed to do several +40 min consecutive jumping (not to brag) but that was nowhere near smooth! Used it exclusively as an effective fitness tool! If you want smooth, play with the rope and have fun 🤩 remember you only get better at what you practice 🙏🏻
