If it’s a big issue maybe try to grip more towards the centre of the grips, then try to see how much more “flex” is needed for the rope to hit his hands 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ve experienced this myself a few times but I think it’s because of my grip. Gripping the top of the handles of the metal part, on crossropes, I feel so much more in control of the rope but the knuckles are in a danger-zone when tripping up..

Dame!!!! That’s basically a full blown workout before your JRD Daily 😱 that’s quit amazing 💪🏻 so you feel like the 5 min workout/warm up could do it alone without all the other stuff, to get your body ready to get jumping 🤷🏻‍♂️ would be hard to add in an additional 30 min or so into my mornings.. 😂

Yes a day or two off should do the trick… been getting sub-5 hours of sleep all week so that’s not helping 😂😂

Yes!! Got my 5 AM session in, nearly at 15k steps, sitting through a Tony Robins seminar 🙏🏻

You gotta do you! A training partner/accountability partner can really help before the habit is formed. But it sounds like it’s not the right type of exercise for you, maybe try something different 🤷🏻‍♂️

Shelly 🙏🏻 don’t look at what others do! You want to focus on what you can do, and improve from there. Remember as a dude or dudette it’s not about being perfect it’s about improvement 🙏🏻 so pick a program or workout do what your body allows you to do, and F@#! the rest.. The only thing you can do is show up and #DoTheThing and that’s all that matters 🙏🏻
