Great 💪🏻 just listen to your body.. pain = no good… soreness, exhausted etc. all fine as long as you can #DoTheThing 💪🏻

Take two days off to recover, do some of the yoga and or take relaxing walks. You need downtime to perform next week 🙏🏻

Can you do inverted pull-ups (jumping up and slowly lowering your body)? Maybe do them supported by a resistanceband? And finally do what your body lets you do, you shouldn’t have pain going through the motions 🙏🏻 then try to do them again in a month or two, maybe it’s better 🤷🏻‍♂️

🙏🏻 Thanks man, it already feels like its back to normal, but waiting for Monday not to chance anything. Just gotta sub-in some more walking 😄

Love it man! We tend to focus on workouts, progress and productivity. When a recovery session (or even just reading a book) might give us the rest we need to get even better 🙏🏻

Sucks.. but remember: it’s fortunately it happened to us, as we have the strength to persevere 💪🏻

Also I would say to take it easy, better off taking a day or two off to recover than push through and take 2-3 months off (speaking of experience 🙈)

Maybe some recovery yoga could help (https://www.jumpropedudes.tv/programs/245-jump-rope-recovery-yoga)
