Tried to plan ahead so Monday I ate a lot less to try to compensate 🤷🏻‍♂️ the JRD calculator would have me go for 2.500 calories and I managed to get by with 1.500 so maybe it’s not gonna be hard on the weight loss journey 😂😁

Too much of anything is per definition ‘too much’ but what that is for you I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♂️ but a snickers bar 🍫 is about the calories in 2lbs of apple 🍏 or 1 lbs of bananas 🍌 so nobody* got fat from eating fruits or vegetables 🥗 (* technically it’s possible to over consume fruit but likely)

Soft start to the program…

So took my wife out of town to a Michael Bublé concert so food, alcohol and chocolate went in to the system 🙈 so next few days are all about getting that processed..

But my god was a great night 😂

Like it so far (only two workouts in) and feel the simplicity of re-using the five days seems like what would work long term 💪🏻
