Nice TJ! 💪🏻 we don’t want to rely on motivation, but on the other hand willpower eventually runs out too.. we want to habitualise working out.. but great work pushing through and #DoTheThibg 💪🏻

Knock-on-Wood 🤞🏻 there have been no issues whatsoever 🥳 I mean I felt it for the lunges today (might switch it up next) but other than that, I’m back with a vengeance 😂💪🏻
