So far this program is actually really fun! I love the ladders! I get so many skips in a work out with these letters it’s insane! And I always feel better after I get that workout done! Two days of rest and I’m back at it again on Monday!

Food is hard to control for sure! It’s everywhere, and it’s easy to over enduldge ! It’s easy to talk over and hard to say no to! I’ve recently fixed my relationship with food so I understand! You got this! Start small!

Man when I tell you I underestimated how hard chin ups and pull up are now that I’m at this weight. I used to do them with 90lbs around my waist.

That’s okay though! We are moving forward! I even had a crowd watching as I finished up day 4! They clapped and everything! It was cool!

Get out there and do the thing!

Hey joe! I totally understand the yo-yo-ing I’ve been doing it since the start of Covid! I’d lose 30 lbs gain back 35. Currently I’m sitting at 295lbs(heaviest was 303lbs) my goal weight is 225(what i weighed before Covid). I think we can hold each other up and keep the motivation high!
