About 500 cal for skipping over 1000 times! I had two days off so i used them to focus on recovery! I came back today feeling better than ever!

Remember the scale isn’t what matters, you may have lost inches like myself! That just means you’ve lost some of that fat and gained the same in muscle possibly. Could also be water weight! Hang in there!
