W1D3 Heavy rope challenge. I’ve always battled with shirtless pics but I’m trying to overcome that mentality. I want to be more focused on my progress achieved so far. I had to swap back to the 1lb after two sets of the 2lb because WOW! But I managed through it. Glad to be back in the community and I hope everyone is smashing it out with me!! W1D2 was TOUGH. I knew after the first set of 1lb I was in trouble but I managed to get it done. Dan talking about mustache vs beard and I’m just trying to survive 🤣

First time on day 2 and wasn’t feeling it….but going through it with Dan also not feeling it helped me over the hump! Feeling great now

Good morning everyone! (or evening depending). Finished up month 1 of the JR+DB yesterday and am absolutely loving it! Ready for Monday to start month 2 and continue the journey. Thinking of a long run today to clear my head from the week of work/life. Hoping everyone has a great weekend and keeps smashing it 🤘DoTheThing

Using the calorie calculator is nice, but I have a question about macro’s split. Is there an easy way to re-configure these? It says somewhere around 300g of carbs but only 150ish for protein and I want to prioritize protein mainly (as Dan mentions). I’d also like to know what is an acceptable “low” carb range? For clarity I’m a 200G protein minimum per day. Thanks!
