W1D5 JRD MAX. Only managed 3 days so far this week with the whirlwind of issues that are hitting me 😁 the positive side? After the push-up ladder this morning my smile was back before I realized it 💪 I appreciate all the kind words and the group in general. Shout out to Dan in the vids telling us not to think about what’s happening after but to be in the zone right now

W1D1 JRD MAX done. Didn’t jump last week, and have been struggling with one of my dogs dying but I got up and got back on track today. Couldn’t get the smile but I feel better after a mind clearing session on the ropes! Hope everyone has a great day 👍
