yesterday my 1lb rope came, so I've got to do this workout again with my 2lb instead of my 3/4lb and man that 1lb rope hits different. I managed to geht 4500 skips in this workout, with the 3/4lb I've almost got 5800 skips. So Dan Witmer this workout ist f****ing awesome 💪#dothething
