So, as I said, in the JRD Max or JRD 90, the workouts always mix rope jumping with something else. I wanted a workout that's exclusively rope jumping, but more dynamic, meaning it should have variations in the tricks. I'll try to send a photo to show what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance.

Yes, but those exercises, when they are just about skipping rope which is what I wanted, they are only basic jumps. There are no exercises with variation in the types of tricks or jumps. It's always either just basic jump or only boxer skip. I was looking for a rope skipping workout that had variation in tricks and was only rope jumping, because, as I said, I already do weight training at another time of the day. I wanted this to be my cardio workout, but I can't find specific rope jumping exercises with variations in tricks in the app. It's a letdown, they would be very useful for me and maybe for others.

I'm new to the app, but I've been jumping rope for a year and a half. I practice four times a week for 35 minutes each session. I'm looking for workout routines with variations in jump rope exercises, as I already do weight training at other times. I'm having difficulty finding such specialized jump rope workouts within the app. Could anyone help me with this?
