Hey everyone. Asking for weight loss here. Need to lose about 10 kgs and I want to do it by only jumping rope. The question is: at which heart rate should I focus to be on most of the time? I'm reading zone 2 is ideal for weight loss with quick ups and downs in 3 and 4. I assume this is also the whole logic of Dan's routines of jump rope and last 10-15 secs of run in place.
Thoughts on this?
