I'm done with day 2.

I'll be brutally honest with you cause I know you don't like half words. So far I am unsatisfied and disappointed. But please allow me to elaborate, Dan.

One of the reasons I follow you and your programs is because of their one on one relationship. Thats what makes me want to put on my shoes and jump; cause I've got a "live" jump rope dude with me sweating my socks off!

You also mention it in week 1 of the dumbell program. You don't have a team behind you; during the workout it's you and me doing the thing.

This program, on the other hand, is a mash up of exercises without any motivation. It's simply you telling me what the next exercise is and when to rest. Nothing different from the workouts in the crossrope app, so what's the added value? On top of that, I can't even listen to my music cause I can't embed it in the app, demotivating me more.

Lastly, the exercises in this program so far are not so different from the jrd max (de-motivating me even more). I hope this improves in the next weeks.

I know that it is not easy to make new programs with full videos every month,so I don't want to sound ungrateful.

Anyway, I hope I can stay motivated for the full program and do the thing.

Done. So far, nothing new on the board. But let's wait and see the next days.

I want to reach my weight goal and gain a little muscle. Would be good if I could throw in a little muscle definition at that, also.

Hey there, Dan. I was wondering if you have thought about creating a similar 3 month program to the kettlebell and jrd max but one with dumbell and another with resistance band(s). It would be great, cause like that, one would have a full year of jump rope + resistance training (jrd max + kettlebell + resistance bands + dumbbell).

W4D4 & W4D5 done. That's a wrap. Very good program. Had a lot of tricks with the rope. One minor comment is the lack of one on one feeling that was there with the jrd max and the dumbbell program, but I know it isn't easy to produce such content on a monthly basis. Looking forward to the next challenge. keep us on our feets!
