Dinos Kokosis

Brussels, Belgium

Workout is awesome. Really felt it! Unfortunately my AMP didn't register my session. Bummer! Anyways, Good to have you back one on one

A question, why did you take out the music background? I understand some people want to listen to their own music but I liked the background beat; gave me that extra nudge, that extra skip. Anyway, can it be an option to add/remove background music?

Unfortunately I won't be able to follow the rest of the program for now cause I'm off tomorrow for vacation and I can only bring the quarter (luggage weight restrictions).

Also, I fear I won't be able to follow along the program in general because the heavy ropes cause too much noise in my apartment and my neighbors complain :( . I might follow along with the quarter & half.

Count me in.

Hey there Dan. Looking forward to seeing this program and trying it out. Question: which ropes will this program include? I'm asking cause it's vacation time and I'd like to pack with me the right ones.

Hey there Dan. I'm Dinos, originally from Greece but I ve been living in Brussels Belgium for the last 12 years. I am 38 years old and I am Working for the European commission on issues of cyber security. I am married to a beautiful wife and we have a 2 year old boy (who knows that his dad jumps rope).

Started jump rope back in 2019 and it got me through covid times. It's around that time I e-met crossrope and you.

Since then, it has gone undefeated. It has turned out to be the best kind of exercise I've done. I only wish I wasn't in an apartment and could use more the heavier ropes.

Now, regarding you, you've been an inspiration. I love doing the workouts with you. I try to stick to your suggestions as much as possible and whenever I see a post, I'm motivated. I've been struggling with 10-15 kgs for quite some time now but I'm OK with that; I'm active, healthy and fit to keep up with my son,so no worries there.

So kudos man, you keep me jumping. Keep on rocking the jumping world. And give me a shout if you pass by Brussels.

Cheers

JRDinos (see what I did there) :)

Eating too much. I love snacking and picking bits here and there.

Aiming to lose those 10 pesky kgs. I can't say I'm sure I'll manage because I've been fighting a long time to lose them and they keep bringing reinforcements.

Having a toddler sure doesn't help either.

First two weeks have been great. I'm still in week 2 so I still have some repetition to do
