Eating healthy and avoiding snacks. I know what I need to do. I know what I need to avoid. But it always dawns on me after I ve gulped it down.

A nice relaxing workout compared to the rest. Let's see what will come after!

Month 1 was LEGIT. I did it half though in order to catch up to the rest of the program (I promise I'll do it again :))

Month 2 started strong. I'm sweating buckets here. Looking forward to more of this

Just finished week 2, completely legit with all ropes accounted for. I am loving this new program. Hard and sweaty and very noisy!

Just started week 2. I'm behind schedule but still motivated.

Month 1 Week 1 done. Unfortunately only with the quarter and half pound. Here is to hoping the 1 pound will arrive in time for next week's training (or at least portion of it)

Did it with the half pound (due to 1 pound being unavailable) and it still kicked my butt.

Nice one. Although still doing it with the get lean set :(

I'm back on track. Day 2 done (but with 1/2lb cause the 1 LB is on its way) . Is someone else encountering a bug, unable to finish their AMP session? It seems to happen when I go freestyle with more than one rope. I emailed helpdesk but I assume they won't fix it right away.

Ps I like beard Dan (just cause I also got one and I don't look good shaved and definitely not look good with a mustache)
