JRD Community Dudette so, with the help of a good diet high in protein low in carbs, I saw about 5 kg down on my weight with an increase in muscle mass but also drop in body fat (about 2%).im hoping m3 will drop me below 85 kg and get me close to 80 kg

Day 1 started strong. I'm sweating buckets here

Week 3 done. The good thing is that it is a flexible program. I'm shifting some days around to meet work requirements. For the chill Wednesday stretching, I prefer to go for a run. I think this would have been best for M1 workout instead of the other way around.

Still going strong. Week 2 done, even though I had to shift some workouts around to meet travel needs. Let's go strong for w3. Cheers to everyone

Just finished m2w1d5 and all in all a good week. Didn't have much heavy rope compared to the previous month, so perhaps this should have been first. Anyways I'm happy to do this and looking forward to repeating this in the next weeks

Nice one. Did 200 sets in the 2 first ropes. Then 100 for the beast

This workout is a simple one, not so heavy rope oriented. I remember doing it in the dumbell program. Still sweated my eyeballs but I did it by the beach

I was kinda bummed on this. I was expecting a jump rope session. Nice stretching but it could be a recovery workout for each day instead of a Wednesday workout session. Replaced it with Tuesdays workout.
