Today was a big struggle.

Those 25 pushups, 50 per set is no joke!

Forgot headphones at home so no music. Gym absolutely packed today for some reason. Energy low from yesterdays sesh

At the end of set 2 I was like should just pack up and go home but pushed through completed the 3 sets

150 pushups

As the title says 1 month. A big thank you to the community for the motivation and encourgement! I’ve been on a caloric deficit. I think I’ll go down 1more kg and maintain there

Resting today due to a party but also shin splints. Iced it lastnight with the iceball and feels much better but I think i should ice and rest it till Monday

Opinion on using 1/2lb rope with the heavy handles. I know heavy ropes on slim handles is not a good idea but what about light ropes to heavy handles?

Super excited! Just ordered some new shoes! Nike Pegasus 39’s! Cant wait till they arrive. The padding on my ASICS feel like they have completly been worn away

Haven’t jumped roped since last Friday. Been idk not motivated. Monday went to the gym to jump but ended up going for a run and Tuesday the same but ended up going for a walk (7-8) steps. But today! I switched it up! Did Oct D2 Upper body blasted some music and went at it.

Personally for me, 3 sets is a nice sweet spot! I prefer completing 30 mins of 3 sets rather than 30 mins of 4-5 sets.

Also, im thinking of doing a 3-5 min pre jump before actually jumping just because I feel like when I jump rope the first set of the workout is me trying to find my flow and tripping over the rope trying to gain speed. Whilst on my 2nd and 3rd set it was a lot smoother flow + speed control, so hoping a 3-5 min pre jump can get he warmed up to find my flow and hit set 1 hard.

Just wanna say thank you to everyone on this community giving advice and help whenever needed! Your help and encouragement does not go unnoticed!

I am looking at getting new shoes preferably the Nike Pegasus 39’s. Anyone got any experience with the Pegasus for jumping rope?

If I have an office job but I jump rope 3x a week for 30mins and on rest days i go for walks around 5-8k steps am I sedentary or lightly active?

Got quite bored today doing Shredded Ninja legs today. Any tips or advice? Was just going through the motions really, my calf and shin also hurts as well as it was pouring on the way to the gym not sure if that could also be it tho
