Yo Nation - I am recently diagnosed with glaucoma and pigment dispersion. The docs say I must must must limit my jumping to 10 - 15 minutes at a time and only a couple days per week😢 so I am not happy. My long term eyesight is critical and I am learning to incorporate alternate exercise with smaller doses of jump rope moving forward. I will do what I can and follow Doctor's orders. Peace to all ✌️

Great EMOM today- I substituted power block curls for the push & sit ups. I do core separately each morning. 💪😁 Have a great day!!!

Fun stuff. I especially like the timer mix up in the video which completely messed with my head. Thankfully, sane heads prevailed💪💪

After a few days “detour” to finish a big landscaping project, I really liked this EMOM workout. It’s great for beginners and to push myself harder with more reps, heavier rope and added exercises.

I am 19 months post Meniscus surgery and sometimes, usually when I have been pushing it, my knee “talks to me”. I must listen if I want to retain the ability to stay active. Today was doggy walk in woods, bike with weights, XC ski machine followed by 15 minutes of regular & boxer skip. A few days off of JRD90 will serve me well. Stay active everyone!!!!
