Started the push up program today. I can do 5 regular push up with good form before going down to my knees. So, working on my jump rope skills and full pushups this month. Hope everyone had a wonderful New Year’s Day!

Holiday week finally caught up to me and I skipped yesterday. Made it up today though and sleighed the scale! Challenge complete! I’m so proud of myself for committing to the whole month :). Thanks to all the support from this wonderful community! Have a Happy New Year everyone!

Spent the day with my oldest son, nieces and nephews. I was tired when I got home and almost didn’t do the workout, but I just told myself just one round. My 10 year old son did it with me and we ended up doing the whole thing. Week 4, Day 3 ✅.

Week 3 Day 3 ☑️. I tried doing a double under every 3 jumps for those. A couple of times I accidentally did 2 dus in a row and got tripped up because it surprised me lol. Definitely can’t do that on purpose yet. But I’m getting there! Do the thing!
