Did first day of the new workout. Need to improve ab crunchβs π 1 minute of it was challenging. The goal is to improve it by the end of this program π€π»π€π»

Has anyone completed the JRD push-ups program? I am debating if I should start with JRD 90 or do the push-ups first and then JRD 90. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks π

I just want to share my numbers before and after I did JRD Max. I am very pleased with this. JRD Max was my favorite program so far. I will definitely repeat it at some point π I have not decide which program to do next. I already did Shredded Ninja and I am thinking about JRD90 next but will do the WOD for now. Thanks Dan for putting together this program. Do the thing!!!
