Finished JRD Max today. What a journey. Month 3 was definitely my favorite. I used the 1/2 lb pound rope for the 20 second portion of the workout. It is not easy but I liked the change. Will try to use the 1/2 lb more often.

I have been trying to get better at double unders. 2 weeks ago I started to do it even though I was doing a extra jump between my duble unders. Today for the first time I was able to do it with out the extra jump. Still need to improve the form but one step at the time. Never give it up! πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ†™πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ

Finished M3 day 4 week 2. The ladder workout was so fun. One of my favorite for sure. Let’s do the thing!!!!

Month 3 day 2 was fun and challenging πŸ˜…. So I do one extra bounce between each double under. That is the only way that I can do it. I just recently started doing the double under but still need to improve. I will practice more so I do not do the extra bounce. Do you guys think this still effective?
