Just finished w1 day 4. Fun work out. I definitely felt the burn in my legs and shoulder in the end but I got it done πŸ˜…

Did day 2 today (finished it earlier but forgot to post). What a fun work out. I just learned today how to download the video and watch it offline πŸ˜…. I don’t get internet at my parking garage so I usually use IntervalTimer to do the workout. This was game change for me as I really enjoy following along with the video. I get more motivated and push myself more this way πŸ’ͺ. Enjoy the rest of the night everyone. Do the thing!

Nice Joe πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» how are you liking the JRD Max so far ? I am going to start it next week. I am on the last week of the Ninha so I want to finish it before moving to JRD Max.

Hi Sorry for the late reply. I did not see you message. I have been jumping for 8 month. Consistent for 4 month. I lost 22 lb. Still a lot to lose around my stomach and chest.
