Dan Witmer How do you keep track of your 4k skips? You probably use the amp handles now, but how did you do it before them?

I loved taking the quiz and think it’s a great idea! It’ll be even better once you start adding even more programs. Keep at it Dan, love this!

All that you do has always been great stuff. I especially like when you do videos where you involve the general public. It intrigues me on their take, interest, skills, etc.

Would also love to have random workout challenges. A random video here or there that is a hiit workout challenge with jump rope maybe slightly incorporated, but mostly with a tough body part included to make it a challenge for that particular body part, tough skills (with maybe either bodyweight or very simple equipment). It could be something directly for members only. So we don’t have to get involved in an entire program but just have random video. If say one day we want a good “leg” challenge, we can choose from a folder of individual videos on that particular body part. It would be great to have those folders on the JRD TV app…say one for abs, quads, biceps, triceps, etc. the major body parts. Then you could just keep on building videos for each body part and members could choose a body part they want to work on that day and then pick a video from those. And/or make a program based on each body part. Like the push up challenge, do a leg program challenge..where it intensifies each day/week.

Lastly, maybe more with seniors teaching them or getting them into jumping - To incorporate the importance of continual movement.
