So Iβm about to finish month 6. Looking for some guidance. What do I do next? Do I continue this program adjusting weights and ropes? Is there some kind of change to avoid boredom ? Need your help Dan.

So done with month 3 for a second time. 6 months total. Now what? Any suggestions ?
I want to avoid boredom. Do I repeat it for a third time or do something different?
