Hey guys. I travel a lot and find myself jumping outside in parking lots etc on cement. Any recommendations for mats that are small enough to travel with ? The Crossrope mats are too big for a suitcase. I find myself taping my ropes with black electrical tape to make the wear and tear less. Any suggestions ?

Started month one, day one again. Round 2. 1/2 pound rope and heavier weights. Brutal! But awesome.

Hello there. Got done with month 3 of the dumbbell and jump rope workout. Do I just start it all over again at month one with heavier weights and ropes ? What is your recommendation?
