I was able to complete JRD Max but again let life stresses get to me and my bad diet decisions. Gonna do this one again as it's my favorite between JRD90 and JRDMAX.
A victory is, I was able to get down to 206 this time as a new low! My highest weight ever was about 270. Quite a way down.
Going for 190 on this round. Congratulations to those that found success in the program! Don't be like me with impulsive eating 😅

Still at it. Keeping my weight around 211 and 213 consistently for the last 2 weeks. Gonna be even stricter on diet this last month. Let's go!

So far, I am having good success with jrd max. I like the simplicity of the workouts and am keeping my weight down better this time around vs jrd90. Keep working everyone 💪🏾

I went to a music festival over the weekend and only managed to gain 2 lbs in 4 days. Brought my Jump rope to the hotel and got some time in.
Excited to start month 2.

About to finish 2 weeks. I've been WAY more strict about my diet and it's working well. I got to 213.9 yesterday. My 1st goal is 200lbs. Keep going everyone

I'm loving this program so far. I like the simplicity and breakup of exercise. It doesn't hurt that the 1/4 lb is my favorite rope but, I'll try some pure Jump days with the 1/2 lbs since I can do 2 mins straight with those. Best of luck everyone

I'm about to complete JRD90 and my weight didn't drop significantly but, it's because of my inconsistent diet.
I'm gonna a do JRD90 a second time to try and go for the lean look.
I can at least say I see muscle growth and my body is slimmer despite only losing a net of 10 lbs. I got as low as 213.
