Ye Immanuel thanks. I tend to be my worst critical. The plus side is, if I have another good month, I can likely get to 215 or less. I'll keep up the consistency. Also, I'm having better luck incorporating lifting. Did you try the challenge?

Ye Immanuel I ended up following a calisthenics routine for the month. Been battling a lot personally so, my current challenge is to stop eating away my progress. I had a great month of workouts but have to dial down on the diet. I resorted back to my favorite jrd videos on YouTube and get about 35 to 40 mins in per workout. Current weight 227. Starting weight 236. I only lost 9 lbs in total.

I mod Squats with kettlebell. Still gets great work in. 👍🏾

My food issues were eating too much of bad things. Then I was eating too much in general. I substitute, if I can, a meal for a salad or smoothie everyday and that alone helps me maintain. My inconsistent diet is related to stress. I'll talk more about what the struggle is after jrd max is done for me.

Treadmill or weight lifting to assist with the burning of calories.

I shifted my fast window. I used to eat from noon to 8pm. Now I eat when I get up and cut off eating at 8pm. I sometimes make really bad choices to break the fast due to hunger. I'm also having at least a salad a day to replace a meal since starting.
