Aletta ArmeeArmeei would love to but he moved away 3 years ago😔

Aletta Armee maybe. That's what my daughter says. But that's what worked for me before. At about 1600 I started to gain. But maybe everyone is right and things have changed 🤷‍♀️

Stefan Søgaard I am doing IF. And I am post menopausal. I start eating at noon with a salad that is mostly protein then dinner around 6pm. If I am perfect my calorie intake is between 1200-1400. I sometimes have a protein drink in the AM. I try not to cheat but I'm not saying I don't. My daughter says as an older woman I need to eat more calories. My sister says as an older woman I need to exercise less🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Was it this hard to be healthy back in the 1970's and before?

That's great! I'm glad you found what works for you. What worked for me before doesn't seem to now. But I'll keep trying.

Stefan Søgaard you and Joe are probably right it is my nutrition. So I'm going to take a closer look. I know women don't have as much wiggle room calorie wise as men do. I'm thinking that to get that much protein my calories will have to go up?

I did this once. Maybe I need to go back through the history on MyFitnessPal and see what I was eating then.

I do track my calories occasionally. There is no way I am eating over 2000 cals a day.

How much protein do you suggest I start with?

I do have MFP but I haven't  yet looked at the JRD nutrition. I will do that.
