Aletta ArmeeΒ It does. Here in the states I found a doctor of pharmacy who specializes in women's health especially hormones. She did a saliva test for several things and I also got a more natural hormone cream called bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. It has been tremendously helpful. Maybe you could find something like that where you are.

Dustin, welcome. There is a rather large learning curve when you begin jumping. At least there was for me. Just be patient with it and don't quit. You'll get there. We were all there once.πŸ™‚

Sometimes you'll feel like that even without a break. Breaks are good for you. Don't shun them totally.

I usually workout around 4:30pm because of my workout schedule. Otherwise I would be working out in the AM. My body is fresh and ready to go then (I'm on my feet all day and that makes the PM workout a little harder). And it's done and I wouldn't have to worry about it the rest of the day.Β

Ah, I was doing regular squats in place of lunges. I'll try jump squats next time. My knees can't take lunges at all.😬
