Stephen Payneย yes! You've got it. And if you need extra recovery days take them. Your body will get tired. You will hear "listen to your body ", a lot in this community. You will learn how to do this better as you gain experience.ย ย

I think it's a full program for those who can. But if you can't (like me at first) and to prevent injury start small. Also, it says beginner, but if you do five circuits it's not so beginnery ๐Ÿ˜. I still only jump every other day because of an injury, and because I'm older etc๐Ÿ™‚. It just takes me longer to get through a program.

Definitely the Get Lean set. The bells and whistles are nice but necessary. IMHO ๐Ÿ™‚
