Stefan Søgaard ahh...this is true. I could walk just enough to finish off my steps. That makes more sense. Thanks Stefan.

Stefan Søgaard

you are a problem solver Stefan. Thanks for helping me brainstorm.

Tuesdays and Thursdays are truck days and those are the days I get more steps. Although some of those are probably from the motion of stocking shelves. I am very tired on those days. But maybe I will jump Tues, Thurs,  Sat.  And walk Mon, Wed, Fri on my lower step days.

Does this sound like a good plan or too much. I do tend to over think things🥴🙂

Stefan Søgaard possibly. I have been thinking that lately. By the time I get home I am usually very tired. I have coffee, then jump then it's time to fix dinner and then it is dark and I go to bed by about 8:30. I am having a hard time fitting it all in. If I go back to jumping 3 days a week I think I can get those steps in. I am thinking I will have to do that because my shin is just not cooperating.

Stefan Søgaard that's great that you have planned routes. My roads are not very safe to walk. There is a path around a school close by that I go to. I work at a grocery store so I am on my feet all day and I get anywhere from 8k to 12k +/- steps a day. My highest was 15k one day.

That's fantastic.  Do you go for multiple walks during the day?

If you are jumping 5 days a week you back off a bit and jump every other day or maybe 3 days a week for a while.
