Stefan Søgaard I will have to go back to three days a week. I really want to be able to do 5. I don't think I'm getting the results I want doing three a week.

Yes, that sounds good.  So I did some more reading and actually I think a traditional EMOM is like 10-12 reps of one exercise per min. I think I will l do something like that or what you did.
