So how do you guys learn new tricks? Do you set aside a separate time? Do you try doing them during a workout? Or do some at the end of a workout? Just curious what works for you.

Just remember that you can't out exercise a bad diet. Be sure your nutrition I on point as well. You're in the right place for help and encouragement. Welcome!

April BartonBarton that sounds like what I used to do. Since I've gotten older the same numbers don't seem to work for me. I am trying to find that sweet spot.

I do forget that. It seems like it is easy for everyone else so when it's hard for me I think I must be a wimp🙂

Well, there is a stop in between. I can't do consecutive yet. So you might be past me. But it was fun doing 4 in a row!

I got 4 single DUs in a row. Then I hit my toes!  My best so far. I was also able to do the fast skip, boxer skip, and criss cross (not for the whole workout but I did 'em). Finished plyo w3d5 (with a few longer rest periods). It was so hard. I could barely finish the last circ. Probably because I have not been very consistent the last two weeks. We'll, it's a new week.

My husband said he gets "snared " in his ropes sometimes😁. Maybe a flam would be a boxer skip?😄
