Thanks Dan. I always see to think that maybe you pros don't have this happen. I took the rest of the week off. Starting again tomorrow.

Thank you Lindsay for the reminder. I know this. I was able to talk to my trainer yesterday. I was reminded me of everything  he taught me and I feel energized and motivated again. I realize my focus has gotten off track. I've been more focused on exercise. I need to switch and put more emphasis on nutrition. All right, here we go.

I was looking at a pic from a few years ago of when I was at my smallest. I was tracking my food at that time and I was also running/walking 3 miles 5-7 days a week and sometimes twice a day. I was not working full time then either.  I know running and walking will keep a person slender. I want to get back to that slenderness but I'm no sure I have the time or energy to do that much again. How does jumping compare to running/walking? Would I have to give up one for the other? I love my jumping. I just want to know the comparison.

Sometimes when I ask a question it's not that I don't know it's just that I wonder if anyone else experiences it too. Other than my family I don't k own anyone here who works out and takes care of themselves. Thanks for all your input guys.

I hit a wall yesterday. My body is so tired. I couldn't even go on a decent walk with my husband. Still tired this morning. Guess I'll take a day or two to rest. Do you guys do that too sometimes?
