I do Dan's warm up most of the time. 20 jumping Jack's, 10 squats, 10 lunges ( I do back lunges), 10 push ups x2

Charon, I have trouble with that too. This is what works for me although I still have some trouble. I jump Monday,  Wednesday,  Friday because of it. I also found that skipping on one leg really hurts so, basic bounce is what I did most of. I also did the workouts that were 30 sec jumps as opposed to the ones that had 1min or more jumps. Some advice I got from the community: foam roll after your workout, wear compression socks, do tibialis raisers (google knees over toes guy for a demonstration). It takes a long time to get over that so be patient.
