I was wondering about you. I'm sorry to hear of your loss. It's hard times but I know you'll make through. 

That's a good decision. I skip only on MWF for some of the same reasons.  my shins won't let me do routines with one minute jumps everyday. But I can do 5 circuits of routines with 30 secs of jumping three days a week. We will get there. Don't stop just modify.
